You don’t always get the sort of warning evident in this photograph when you’re considering purchasing property! I advised my client to take the contract and body corporate information to a solicitor before signing – just as well!. The solicitor revealed pest issues that the body corporate had not sufficiently addressed that were significant enough to warrant withdrawing from the deal and may have cost a lot of money down the track.
