Housing prices tipped to rise by 22 percent
Economic forcaster BIS-Shrapnel is forcasting a 22% rise in house prices over the next three years. As upgraders sell their homes to first home buyers and the FHOG set to end in December, the driving force in the market will become the upgraders and investors in higher price brackets than the first home buyers.
